Refund policy

We're committed to addressing product quality issues promptly. read our refund and return policy to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

Trade Terms and Inspection:

  • As a manufacturer, we offer products at cost price and often do business using EXW/DAP trade terms.
  • When you receive the goods, please inspect each product carefully upon arrival.
  • If any issues arise upon product receipt, please take pictures or videos and send them to us within a week at jamessu@dinhuey.com.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the issue, our production department will investigate.
  • Upon completion of the investigation, we'll either send a refund or provide a replacement product.

Post-sale Guarantee:

  • Please note that we don't offer a guarantee after you've sold our products. Many retailers who do provide guarantees significantly increase prices to cover the cost.
  • Minor defects can occur, even for renowned brands.
  • We make every effort to ensure our products are in pristine condition before dispatch, but a small percentage of defects may still exist, and we continuously work to minimize this rate.

Extended Service for Clients:

  • If you wish to offer extended services to your clients, consider sharing maintenance tips as a reference.
  • Daily wear can lead to various issues, and offering extra services can enhance the overall customer experience.
